Bathroom Stand / Pipework Series
Pipes are subtly re-purposed in this playfully alternative storage unit for all of your bathroom bits and bobs.
The Pipework Series exploits the raw visual impact of exposed pipes to create useful products with striking appeal.
Bull Dog Easy Chair
The freedom of hand drawn imagery meets the precision of digital design on this concept design, which combines printed textile and natural wood to striking effect.
Created in collaboration with surface designer Sharon Bishop and product designer Charlotte Tangye. The project was part funded by the Arts Council and supported by Autonomatic at University College Falmouth.
Chair/Table
A chair that’s also a table? That’s right. Laid on its side the chair forms the table base. Remove the top, however, and the chair stands alone. Two items in one for when space is at a premium… or even when it’s not.
Hall Stand / Pipework Series
Hats, coats and umbrellas can all be neatly stored on this ingeniously different, wall-mounted stand.
The Pipework Series exploits the raw visual impact of exposed piping to create useful domestic objects with striking visual appeal.
Slot Shelves
Inspired by 1950s-style shadowboxes, an elegant and highly functional storage solution.
Delivered in a flat pack and easily slotted together.
Produced for exhibition ‘Little Red Cap’, with design collective Grimm++, this cluster of tables depicts the three large oak trees that surround the Grandma’s house. Sculptural yet fully functional, the tables are constructed from solid oak, featuring simple joining techniques that celebrate the grain variation to achieve an elegant visual effect.
A graphic interpretation of tree branches has been laser engraved onto the tabletop surfaces, which offer three varying heights and diameters. The tables can be used singly or in combination to suit use and surroundings.
