Payment and Delivery
We accept payment electronically through PayPal and send orders out on receipt of payment within the stated delivery time, subject to stock availability. We will always dispatch orders as quickly as possible but if for any reason, there is likely to be a longer waiting period for a product, we will contact you immediately.
Should you need a product before a certain date, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate.

Returns
Exchanges will be given on products that have genuine manufacturing faults or have suffered damage during transit.
Returns should be made within 7 days accompanied with a proof of purchase. A refund will be given if the product has been returned and cannot be replaced. Refunds will not be given on unwanted items.
Please note that all of the products on sale are batch produced, therefore some slight variations may occur in the dimensions, colour and finish of the item you receive to the one seen on nickfraser.co.uk.
Bespoke, personalised and made to order items specific to the customer cannot be returned. If received damaged, then a replacement will be produced and delivered as soon as possible, once the item has been returned.
Terms and Conditions
Every effort has been taken to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct. The company, under no circumstances, accepts liability for losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or loss of profit, damage to property or wasted expenditure.

When you place an order, we will require your name, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address. Without this information we will not be able to efficiently process your order or notify you of necessary information and updates.
We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order. Nick Fraser will not pass on private data to third parties for marketing purposes.
As part of our efforts to ensure that you are aware of latest news and offers, we may also use this information to advise you of new products, events or changes to our site.
